JOIN THE PPI GROUP LITIGATION
If you think that you have had PPI and would like to join the PPI Group Litigation, please read, date and sign the Litigation Management Agreement (LMA). We also need you to provide some details to assist with assessing your claim which you can easily upload. -
Step 2
WE’LL CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE JOINED THE GROUP LITIGATION
Once we receive your signed LMA and details, we will confirm that all the information is in order to progress your case. -
Step 3
IF WE NEED ANY FURTHER INFORMATION, WE WILL LET YOU KNOW
If for any reason we need some more details from you, we will let you know. Please note that we will not be able to process your claim if we don’t have all the details that we need from you including sufficient Know Your Customer (KYC) details.
How does the PPI (Plevin) Group Litigation process work?
1
Once you have signed and dated the Litigation Management Agreement (LMA) and uploaded all the details about your claim that we need, we will confirm that we have everything needed to add you to the group action.
2
If a valid claim is identified, your claim will be added to a Letter Before Action which is then submitted to the bank.
3
If the claim is not successfully resolved after a Letter Before Action has been submitted, then we will add your claim to a Claim Form (previously known as a ‘writ’) which will be submitted to the courts and legal proceedings against the bank will be commenced. We may need to take your case all the way to trial to get a successful resolution.
